My plan for the next 6 months after getting banned on LinkedIn

So, what’s the new plan Amine?
How are you going to run your business moving forward?
As my friend Imed Djabi at Framer WME told me:
“Perhaps this is a sign from God to focus on getting back to the drawing board.
Was your LinkedIn profile generating you any income?
If the answer is no, It’s ok if you don’t get it back, to be honest…”
And this hits hard.
LinkedIn was never a good, sustainable revenue generating source for me.
It was too unpredictable.
I was just being “present”.
And when I started being “salesy” aka actively prospecting, my account was suspended.
So here’s my 3-step master plan for the next 6 months (a peak into my brain).

A) CREATION = SERVICE
1) Focus on my strengths (skills): Writing, Direct Response Marketing, Community Building
I’m comfortable offering a copywriting service that uses direct response marketing skills to persuade people to buy, and then take them from buyers to true fans with a community model (see offer below).
2) ICP (niche audience that buys): Creator Entrepreneurs
Why?
- Already had some leads and clients within this niche
- I’m a creator entrepreneur myself
- They have a strong, solid brand — Enough traffic
- No funnel system — Easily help them make more money

- Consistency: Do one thing that pays the bills every day for as long as possible
- Email is the new social — Make email my main social media app ⇒ 3 emails a day (different segments)
- Document everything → Be the business experiment → Become the marketing — Share everything with you guys — Nothing held back
- SEO-based niche content on Medium, Reddit, YouTube (90-day challenge)
- Reach out to newsletter creators for email list growth (partnership & collaboration) — The journey from 1k → 10k email subscribers
- Contribute to the creator economy/community through Convertkit (Soon to be Kit)
C) CONVERSION = CONVERSATION
Inbound Funnel: The personal Brand MBA: The business of personal branding — Free 5-day Educational Email Course (EEC).
Outbound system (10–30 offer-via-DM / day)
- Create a notion database and document every person you reached out to
- Do a manual 100 dream client direct outreach (automated and personalized)
- Pay for a scraper tool (Findylead or Outscraper with an Appsumo deal)
- Send personalized emails & DMs
- Track responses and schedule follow-up emails
- Refine outreach messages based on response rate
Outreach secret
- You have to be able to confidently start a conversation
- Hook them / Peak their curiosity in the first few minutes/seconds so that they want to learn more about you
- And then build a strong enough connection that they genuinely want to see you again
DO THE WORK THAT DO NOT SCALE — FREE WORK IS PRE WORK — GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR
- Pre-write personalized sales pages, emails, content copy, onboarding/welcome sequence, sales letters → Templatize it based on your niche → Send it to potential customers
